This Privacy Policy explains how Entity Mark processes personal data, in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13.709/2018).
1. Data controller
The data controller is LINIQUER PIRES MENGOTTI, enrolled under CNPJ 47.147.081/0001-10, with registered address at Rua Madrid, 384, Residencial Rubi, Camboriú – SC, ZIP 88.345-656 (“Entity Mark”, “we”).
2. Data Protection Officer

3. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email and password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — never in plain text).
- Entity (page) data: the information you enter for publication — name, address, phone, segment, website, services, reviews, sources and, for a person page, data such as job title, photo and contacts. This data is published publicly (see section 5).
- Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details; we keep only transaction identifiers and the receipt.
- Usage data: a technical session cookie and access logs (date/time, IP address).
- Referral: if you arrived via a partner accountant, we record that attribution for the referral program.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract performance: create your account, publish your page and process payment.
- Legal obligations: keeping access logs and issuing invoices.
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention and product improvement.
- Consent: optional communications, where applicable.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Public nature of your page data
Entity Mark is, by design, a public knowledge layer. The data you enter and publish is publicly accessible and may be indexed by search engines and read by artificial intelligence. Only publish information you intend to make public and are authorized to share.
6. Sharing and processors
We share data only with providers necessary to operate the service, as processors: Stripe (payments), an email provider (transactional messages) and a hosting provider. We may also share data to comply with a legal or judicial order.
7. International transfer
Some processors (such as Stripe) may process data outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards of the LGPD.
8. Cookies
We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep your session authenticated. It is not used for advertising.
9. Retention
We keep data while your account exists and for applicable legal periods. Once the purpose ends, data is deleted or anonymized.
10. Your rights
You may confirm processing; access, correct, anonymize or delete data; request portability; withdraw consent; and obtain information about sharing. Much can be done in the dashboard; otherwise, write to privacidade@entitymark.com.
11. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data (hashed passwords, encrypted connection, access control).
12. Minors
The service is intended for people over 18 and company representatives.
13. Changes
We may update this policy; relevant changes will be communicated, with the date above updated.
