Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of Entity Mark, operated by LINIQUER PIRES MENGOTTI, CNPJ 47.147.081/0001-10 (“Entity Mark”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Entity Mark generates and publishes structured entity pages (with JSON-LD data) from the information you provide, to strengthen your brand’s presence in search engines and AI.
2. Account
You must be 18 or older and provide truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.
3. Plans and pricing
- Free plan: a limited page (name, address, phone, segment and website link as nofollow), at no cost.
- Paid plan: full page and website link as dofollow, purchased per period: 1 year (R$ 149.90), 2 years (R$ 267.90) or 4 years (R$ 497.00).
4. Payment
The paid plan is charged as a single, one-time payment (no installments), via Pix or card, processed by Stripe. There is no subscription or automatic recurring charge. The page stays on the paid plan until the expiration date of the purchased period.
5. Renewal and expiration
At the end of the purchased period, the page is not renewed automatically: it reverts to the free version (limited, link as nofollow) and stays online. To keep paid features, purchase a new period at any time — new purchases add to any remaining time.
6. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Code, you may withdraw from the purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days of payment, with a full refund, by contacting us. After that period, as the service is made available immediately for a fixed term, no pro-rata refund applies unless required by law.
7. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and authorization of the data you publish. By publishing, you represent you hold the necessary rights and grant Entity Mark a license to host and publicly display that content while the page is active.
8. Prohibited use
You may not publish false, misleading or unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, or use the service for spam, fraud or any illegal purpose. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Entity Mark software, brand and layout are ours. The content you enter remains yours.
10. Availability
We strive to keep the service available, but it is provided “as is”, without a warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance and improvements.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
12. Referral program
Partner accountants may refer clients and receive rewards under specific program rules, which may be updated.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms; relevant changes will be communicated, with the date above updated. Continued use after a change implies agreement.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, at the courts of Camboriú/SC, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to their own domicile.
